Being involved in a legal conflict is never anyone’s first choice, and it usually means that a client, whether a person or a business, is under pressure and in turmoil. My job is to inform clients of their options, to help them make the best decisions for their lives and businesses, and counsel them every step of the way through the legal process. I advise my clients with empathy and common sense, and fight for them with years of commercial and legal experience. The best attorney-client relationships are built on trust, and my clients trust me because I work hard. I am a tough negotiator and I’m not afraid to stick up for my clients, but I also know that a respectful approach to dispute resolution often achieves the best outcome, and I can work with anyone.
