I’m a values‑driven People professional specialising in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, organisational culture and ESG engagement. My work focuses on building fair, inclusive systems and helping organisations create environments where people feel informed, supported and able to thrive.I bring experience co‑designing DEI strategies, leading culture‑building initiatives and shaping people policies that are modern, accessible and aligned with both employment law and organisational values. I’m particularly passionate about translating research, data insights and best practice into practical actions that improve employee experience and drive meaningful change.Alongside DEI, I play a key role in ESG engagement—leading working groups, supporting B Corp improvement work and tracking impact metrics.
