As a member of CAMH’s Youth Advisory Council, I collaborate with staff to improve mental health services for young people. We provide input on programs, resources, and research from a youth perspective, ensuring they are relevant and inclusive. I participate in meetings, offer feedback on initiatives, and help shape policies that impact youth mental health. Through advocacy, peer engagement, and project development, I contribute to creating more supportive, accessible, and effective mental health care for young people at CAMH.
