   My deepest intention is to provide space for kids and families to connect with the light of their true selves, and I am passionate about connecting with and caring for each individual I work with as I bear witness to their journey. I believe that what we can feel, we can deeply heal.I work with a range of issues, including trauma, anxiety and depression, ADHD, self-esteem difficulties, as well as social and relationship issues. I believe in practicing mindfulness and using mind-body interventions as a means for healing, as a guiding force in my practice as well as within my life. In addition to my background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’m also a Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200hr) and have been teaching and integrating yoga as a therapeutic support for several years. I emphasize the use of tapping into the body and breath as a means for exploring emotions, settling the nervous system, and building a toolbox for coping no matter what the moment presents.Guided by mindful awareness practices, I weave the use of evidence-based CBT to empower kids and families in understanding more about the ways in which their biggest challenges are related to sticky unhelpful thought patterns that are linked to their emotions and behaviors. I’m also dedicated to supporting parents in navigating the elements of caregiving and focus on the importance of exploring family dynamics and relationships as an essential part of the healing process. Along with emphasizing parent-coaching and support, I have expertise in facilitating and co-facilitating groups ranging from school-aged kids through high schoolers, providing a therapeutic space for expressing emotions, learning new coping skills, and engaging in a growth process alongside peers.\"
