I’m part of the Design Practices Human-Centered Design team at USAA, where I lead initiatives in Design Education and Facilitation. Formerly part of Enablement, the CoE in Design Practices team develops and delivers programs that scale the learning, practice, and adoption of Human-Centered Design (HCD) and Design Thinking across the organization.In this role, I bring expertise in Learning Experience Design and UX Research to shape learner personas and craft tailored Learning Journeys, such as Design Thinking 101, HCD Bootcamp, and our Facilitator Growth Program. I provide 1:1 coaching for colleagues in the Chief Design Office, designing and facilitating workshops to enhance collaboration with business partners and deepen HCD’s organizational impact.I also curate and publish our monthly newsletter, Stories from the Field, which celebrates real-world examples of Human-Centered Design in action and champions its relevance in our daily work.
