With over 18 years of global experience in technology strategy, consulting and program delivery, I am a seasoned digital transformation leader and a blockchain and cloud expert. I currently lead Tech Tranformation and Roadmap delivery for Kotak Mahindra Bank’s Treasury function. In my previous roles, I have successfully managed large scale technology transformations, product delivery, project/program management, process improvement, technology strategy and operating model design for JP Morgan Chase, Disney Star, Coinbase, IBM and Ernst & Young. Some of my career highlights include leading the end to end execution for rollout of Coinbase\'s messaging and chat platform to improve customer experience, building one of the largest private, enterprise blockchain platforms focused on payments use cases at JP Morgan, advising a large energy & utility client to transform into a \'Digital Utility\' with smart grid operations, and creating the first ever e-Governance roadmap of a large state in India. I have also earned multiple credentials and training, such as Blockchain Professional, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master, ITIL Foundations V3, ITIL Intermediate - Service Operations to demonstrate my proficiency and knowledge in the latest technologies and best practices.My core competencies include managing complex and cross-functional projects, delivering high quality and scalable technology products and solutions, driving innovation and business value, and collaborating with diverse and global teams.
