Chassis Integration Lead for Stellantis Programs, I oversee the end-to-end program delivery for the entire Chassis system. My key responsibilities include:• Leading the Integration and coordination of Chassis components, including Brakes, Suspension, Steering, Wheels & Tires, Jack tools, and Structures.• Managing release of Chassis parts, ensuring parts supportability for builds, and resolving build issues during plant assembly.• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address design and manufacturing challenges, ensuring timely delivery of Design Validation Plans (DVPs) for Chassis parts.• Monitoring off-tool parts supportability and working with suppliers to meet production timelines.• Handling Launch and Engineering Change Request (ECR) management, ensuring efficient resolution of build-related concerns.• Providing plant support during builds and facilitating troubleshooting for any Chassis-related issues.This role demands exceptional Program Management, technical expertise in Chassis systems, and seamless collaboration across stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes within strict timelines.
