Starting from marketing lead, I deal with Public administration customers, elaborating and monitoring business plan of the proposed projects up to the tender phase. In a team with the other corporate functions in charge, I prepare documents necessary for the filing of the proposals to the public administrations.I monitor the progress of projects through dedicated company tools. I participate in internal workinggroups dedicated to the development of work tools, communication tools, project analysis methodologies.
