When I was two, my grandfather said to me,\"Ame Jo, what part of \'NO\' do you not understand.\"I replied,\"I think it\'s the O.\"I still don\'t like the word \"NO.\" I am a problem solver and at times, annoyingly optimistic. I am passionate about planning and strategy. I love puzzles. I have a natural ability to look at the big picture and see how all of the parts work together to become something more than.There is nothing more gratifying than being a part of an organization that operates like a well-oiled machine. Throughout my career I\'ve been able to introduce and streamline processes that are effective and efficient. I have been able to identify the scope of key markets and how to execute on them. I believe that when you love what you do, it\'s not really work.People that have worked with me know my drive and my passion. I lead by example and clear the path for the success of my team and company. Clearly defined expectations, autonomy and accountability are key principles in how I operate; with that creativity and productivity are effortless.
