She previously served as Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo, where she directed key Fair Lending and UDAAP compliance testing initiatives.Throughout her career, Amanda has championed a collaborative, educational, and solutions-focused approach to compliance. She emphasizes the importance of ensuring that frontline staff, business leaders, and executives alike understand the “why” behind regulatory requirements. By integrating business strategy with compliance risk management, she develops tailored frameworks that balance regulatory expectations with sustainable growth.Amanda also serves as a board member for the American Bankers Association’s Compliance Schools, where she teaches across the Foundational, Intermediate, and Advanced programs.
