I built and scaled the marketing organization at a law enforcement and prosecutor software startup, CivicEye. In the first year as CivicEye, we relaunched a new brand from a small prior software company, participated at high-volume industry events, achieved series A funding of $14M and doubled our sales. At CARSTAR North America, I managed marketing strategies for over 700 collision repair franchises across the US and Canada, successfully adapting to evolving consumer behaviors and business needs during the COVID-19 crisis. I have extensive experience collaborating closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality brand representation across all media platforms.In my current role at Trane Technologies, I am passionate about creating and implementing marketing solutions that drive sustainable growth and make a positive impact on the environment and communities we serve.
