With almost two decades of experience as a fitness, mindset, and nutrition coach, I help people transform their lives by teaching them habits and skills that lead to self-empowerment. I own MISPIBO Fitness, where I provide personalized and holistic coaching services to clients of all ages and backgrounds. I\'m also a winner of WISN\'s A-List Best Personal Trainers and a runner-up of Shepherd Express Best Personal Trainer awards, reflecting my passion and dedication to my work.Since Nov 2022, I\'ve worked as a Community Program Coordinator at the Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Center. I coordinate the daily administrative activities of a men\'s health-focused program that aims to reduce cancer disparities in the community. I collaborate with the COE Program Manager and the team to develop and implement program materials, outreach strategies, and educational sessions. I also serve as a subject matter expert and represent the COE team on local coalitions and work groups related to men\'s health. Additionally, I teach mindfulness in schools through the SKY Schools program, because I believe education is the most revolutionary tool we can employ.
