Quarterly and annual tax filings for base of 19 clients, 10,500 employees’ returns and $200M. • Responsible for training and mentoring a team of 6 tax associates regarding payroll tax amendments and late original filings to reduce tax to less than 10%. Working with both external and internal clients to resolve their payroll tax challenges to reduce penalties and interest payments • Respond to client inquiries via telephone and other media. Investigate, analyze, and resolve client issues. Ensure client tax data federal and local is received accurately and timely. • Serve as a liaison to client and various ADP departments to ensure effective communication and Implementation of platforms for new product and services to achievement objectives and results. • Provide input on functionality of ADP’s online portal as it relates to the needs of the clients and service team in order to meet Best in Class Service objectives. • Assist with Federal, state, and local income tax return preparation and filing, also assist with tax audits, reducing agency notices and late tax filing by 25%. • Assist with input of fixed assets into tax depreciation software, such as SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft. • Monitored expenses to ensure compliance with budget by performing monthly variance analyses, and identify problems, and suggest changes to all levels of management to meet deadlines. • Analyzed client’s data payroll including but not limited to the monthly and multi-year tax planning. Guided clients through the year-end W2 processing with testing for accuracy reducing errors by 80%.
