Responsible to prepare workover programs involving GP, ESP installation.Design stimulation programs HCL/HF and supervise offshore jobs”.• Performed mechanical design and triaxial stress calculations for downhole tools and high-stress components.• Led material selection (steel grades, elastomers) and validated equipment for harsh environments.• Developed in-house procedures and optimized service tools, reducing costs by 62k$ per tool.• Coordinated QA/QC with suppliers and workshops, ensuring compliance with industry standards.• Implemented new mechanical equipment to improve reliability and reduce operational risks.• Work as completion supervisor offshore to ensure completion installation & gravel pack operation.• Perform upper completion design, preparation, and execution offshore (ESP & GL completion).• Achieved 11% NPTs reduction on completion operation on platform rig during 2022 campaign and maintained low completion related NPTs below 2%.• Tenders redaction and purchase of downhole equipment with Supply Chain department.
