Born in Italy and lived in scholar age in Switzerland (Geneva) and France (Paris) for a total of 11 years receiving full “bi-cultural” Italian/French education before moving back in Italy.During my 12 years in consultancy, I had the opportunity to work for several industries and earlyspecialized myself in TMT and in Fashion & Luxury areas.I started my “corporate life” in staff positions leading strategy and transformation leveraging myexperience in consultancy.In RAI I had opportunity of setting the strategy and making possible / coordinating theimplementation of the key initiatives of transformation of the company. I also led the severalextraordinary operations as an IPO, the Rating process of the company and the issuance of abond.In TIM I enlarged my experience also adding the challenge of leading Transformation togetherwith Strategy. I had the opportunity to set up and lead the transformation office in charge ofStrategic plan implementation together with extraordinary operations. With Strategy officeresponsibility I had the opportunity to coordinate, together with the key stake holders, thepreparation of TIM Group Strategic plan.Early 2021, in line with a personal growth trajectory, I started a more operational role in TelecomItalia Sparkle – Leading Worldwide Communication Platform. My responsibilities in this new role include Business Development, Strategy, M&A, Enterprise Risk Management, General counsel (legal, corporate and regulatory affair), Purchasing, Communication and Corporate diplomacy.
