Assist the Operational Internal Audit Director in managing the department and achieving yearly objectives in terms of the volume of audit missions carried out and the budgeted operating costs.• Supervise a team of 8 auditors by providing training and support.• Lead complex audit missions in hotels in Europe.• Conduct training sessions and raise awareness of internal control for operational staff (hotels).• Participate in and coordinate the various departement projects (update of work programs, control tools, etc.) • Integrate new entities into the Group\'s internal control.• Coordination and organization of audits to be carried out.• Proofreading of reports (guaranteeing the consistency of data and homogeneity of compliance rates).
