I am a seasoned healthcare professional with over 10 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. The majority of the roles I have fulfilled in my career have been focused on heavily regulated industries such as Medicare and 340B. As an individual contributor for the Pharmacy Administration, I have helped direct two PBM transitions, assisted with preparation and evaluation of audit documentation for CMS and HRSA, been able to provide in-depth analysis on pharmacy trends which subsequently led to the enhancement of process flows for the pharmacy division, the identification for areas of improvement related to Medicare 5-Star and HRSA guidelines, and vendor oversight ensuring the intent of organizational compliance is met and within the scope of negotiated contracts.
