Monitor and control stock levels to ensure the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time.• Utilise Blue Yonder planning software to monitor, adjust, and reconcile stock, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.• Generate reports on inventory status and stock movements, providing senior management with actionable insights.• Regularly perform stock counts (cycle counts or full stock takes) and reconcile physical inventory with system records to identify and resolve discrepancies.• Work closely with procurement, planning, and warehouse teams to forecast demand and avoid stock-out.• Conduct scheduled stock checks and new product profiling, verifying data such as dimensions, weight, and contents.• Conduct stock audits, resolving discrepancies, including quantity, allocation, and manual picking issues.• Allocate stock to designated storage and pick areas, track deliveries, and reconcile physical counts with system records.• Track and manage stock movements, including inbound deliveries, outbound shipments, returns, and transfers between locations.• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and promoting best practices.• Ensure new stock is correctly labeled, stored, and recorded, including inputting item dimensions, barcodes, and SKU details into the system.• Support the achievement of stock control KPIs through effective planning, prioritisation, and operational coordination.
