ABOUT AMBIKA BOPSHETTY

I didn’t start my career as a Scrum Master, I started as an engineer and QA tester, close to the code, the bugs, and the real friction teams face when delivery breaks down. That early experience shaped how I lead today: with empathy, a strong quality mindset, and a focus on solving real delivery problems, not just running ceremonies.Over the last 9+ years, I’ve grown into a Senior Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager, leading teams across enterprise environments including fintech, payments, SaaS, and banking. I specialize in bringing clarity and predictability to complex initiatives with multiple dependencies, evolving requirements, and high stakeholder expectations.My strength sits at the intersection of Agile execution and project delivery. I help teams move faster without losing quality by aligning Product, Engineering, QA, and leadership around clear plans, visible risks, and meaningful metrics like cycle time, throughput, and release readiness. I’m especially effective in regulated environments, supporting high-stakes platforms such as payments and fraud detection where precision and compliance matter.What teams value most about working with me is my ability to stay hands-on while keeping the bigger picture in view. I’m comfortable diving into data when needed using SQL, dashboards, and delivery metrics to ask better questions, uncover bottlenecks, and support informed decision-making while still coaching teams to own their work and improve continuously.Outside of work, I enjoy building LEGO sets, solving puzzles, exploring data, and starting small projects at home. I’m naturally wired to build, experiment, and improve things, whether that’s a product, a process, or a dataset. With an always keep learning attitude I have explored multiple certification such as PSM, PMP, PSPO that has added value to my skills. I was recently impacted by restructuring at Emburse and am now open to Senior Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, and Agile Delivery Lead opportunities.
