Understanding the requirement of our US client and recruiting the candidates according to the requirement.• Finding prospective candidates through the job portal (Monster, Dice, CB, & LinkedIn)• Ability to hire on different positions like Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Permanent Placements.• Have knowledge of various taxation policies relating to C2C, W2, 1099.• Recruitment of Citizens, EAD, Green Card Holders and H1B consultants as per the client requirement for various projects.• Sourcing, Referencing, head hunting candidates if required• Conversing with the candidates to understand their profile and prospects.• Maintenance of the employee database and updating the records.• Maintaining database of candidates sourced from portals, LinkedIn and network building• Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports
