Role: Accounts and Delivery ManagerDual Role – Account Management and Delivery OperationsIn my current dual role, I manage both Account Management and Delivery Operations, overseeing the complete client and candidate lifecycle while ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery across global locations.Account Management Responsibilities:Drive client farming and new business acquisition, including IT, Non-IT, and Leadership hiring across APAC and other regions.Generate and manage new demands from existing clients while expanding footprint with new clients.Build and sustain strong client relationships, aligning hiring strategies with business goals to drive revenue growth.Manage end-to-end candidate engagement: CV submissions, follow-ups, interview scheduling, and selection.Oversee onboarding activities, including offer coordination, and liaising with the contracts team for BGV initiation.Delivery Management Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the delivery team to ensure timely and quality CV submissions within defined SLAs and TAT.Motivate and guide the team to confidently handle niche and high-priority demands, maintaining performance and morale.Ensure operational excellence, proactive pipeline management, and effective communication across stakeholders.Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks; coach junior recruiters to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes.Key Clients Handled:Infosys (Australia – Perm & Sub-con, Hong Kong, Taiwan), Mphasis, Sonata Software, Persistent Systems, Microland, Firstsource, Capgemini, Quadrant Technologies, and more.
