As a project manager and mechanical engineer, I bring more than 18 years of experience in the design and management of regulated facilities projects. My experience ranges from research and quality control laboratories to full scale manufacturing oral solid dosage and aseptic fill/finish facilities. I am currently leading our life science team to support pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. As a project manager, I am focus on fit-for-purpose design, controlling cost, managing schedules and supporting my clients to make informed business decisions from front-end design through construction.As a licensed mechanical engineer, I have experience with the design of HVAC and Process Utility Systems, including-Cleanroom HVAC systems-Chilled water generation and distribution-Heating hot water generation and distribution-Plant steam and clean steam-Dust collection and dust mitigation-Explosion prevention-Solvent recovery-Dehumidification-Room Pressurization Control-Cross-Contamination Prevention-Vacuum-Compressed Air-Purified WaterBurns & McDonnell is a full-service engineering, architecture, construction, environmental and consulting solutions firm with more than engineers, architects, construction professionals, planners, estimators, economists, technicians and scientists, representing virtually all design disciplines.
