   As a Product Design Manager, I lead a team of designers while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on design work. I manage design operations and resources across three product teams, ensuring workloads are balanced and timelines are met. I partner closely with product managers and engineers to shape research and discovery efforts—defining problems early so that product teams are set up for success during delivery. I lead cross-functional design sprints to spark collaboration and innovation, bring users into the process early to test assumptions and validate designs, and conduct research that uncovers actionable insights. I create journey maps to visualize pain points, align the team on user needs and goals, and improve the end-to-end experience—all in service of delivering products that are both impactful and user-centered.
