Tacoma Housing Authority 2021-Successfully implemented the agency-wide Yardi ERP Platform for finance, program and housing management including organizational change, risk management and training management and delivery. This implementation resulted in the elimination of multiple legacy systems.Successfully managed resources and coordination with all internal and external subject matter experts, developers, business process analysts, trainors, consultants, and vendor teams as needed in all facets of the lifecycle of the project implementation process. This work included requirements gathering, stakeholder communications management, fit/gap analysis, organizational change management, business process analysis and modeling, risk register development and management, knowledge repository management, roles and responsibilities charts and management of the project schedule and daily/weekly/monthly tasks and timeline as well as working with agency teams and business process analysts on complex analysis of legal topics, policy, protocols and procedure development.
