Technical Recruiter responsible for hiring high level software engineers, technical documentation and TechOps professionals to support MongoDB’s fully managed DBaaS, Atlas. Very well versed in recruiting full stack and backend engineers fluent in Java, Golang, Python, C#, Rust, React and cloud services. Worked closely with Senior executives, directors and engineering leadership to identify the right talent for their teams. This included detailed intake meetings, weekly/bi-weekly update calls, calibration meetings, offer negotiations and more.(Please see my recommendations section for testaments to my process) Lead candidate feedback “roundtables” with engineering teams to discuss interview performance, feedback and decisions to hire/not hire. Intensely focused on candidate experience from first messaging through the onboarding process. This includes a strong understanding of the current engineering compensation market, RSUs vs options, vesting schedules and long-term monetary growth when comparing offers. Leveraged forecasting outreach data on a weekly and quarterly basis to ensure hiring goals are met. Co-Spearheaded an “Atlas Credits” projects in which MongoDB offers free Atlas credits to candidates entering final interview stages in the hopes of increasing candidate experience and overall offer acceptance rates. This project required me to work across several cross functional teams including product, marketing and finance. Consistently met or exceeded quarterly hiring goals.
