As organizations grow, it becomes more difficult to ensure their people have all the learning they need to drive organizational performance. The demands of a fast pace environment, growth and expansion of markets and products create the need for strategic infrastructure, assets and systems to ensure employees are consistently performing. It also becomes difficult to informally guide peoples\' performance. Founders and Executives no longer see everyone everyday. They no longer see the performance of every employee and it\'s hard to know who is ready for what step. That\'s where I come in. Every role I\'ve held in my career has been the first of its kind in the organization. I am the Learning and OD start up person and thrive in ambiguity. I help organizations assess needs and determine their top strategic priorities for Learning and Development. With my internal partners and teams, I deliver results on those priorities with bottom line metrics while ensuring a positive employee experience.
