ABOUT AMBER PAVELKA

Driven by a deep belief in leaving things better than I found them, I’ve built my career around service, leadership, and empowering others. A proud North Carolina native, I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Appalachian State University before planting roots in Greenville.I began my career in the nonprofit sector, working with survivors of interpersonal violence - an experience that shaped my understanding of how transformative meaningful employment can be. Today, I serve as a Consultant and Project Leader within HTI’s Workplace Strategies division, where we partner with organizations to deliver strategic, people-first HR solutions that improve operations and culture from the inside out.Leveraging my real-world leadership experience alongside my SHRM-CP and MPA, I help clients align people practices with business goals - through services like compliance consulting, leadership development, and retention and engagement strategies. My focus is on building strong, scalable systems that support long-term success for both the organization and its people.As a #PredictiveIndex Captain, I’m wired for problem-solving, innovation, and big-picture thinking - driven by a love for change and improvement.
