Working as a member of a cross-functional design team supporting multiple departments, including Sales, Integration, and Marketing- Provide bespoke UX/UI support to clients helping to maximise share of checkout (SoC) across multiple market verticals, including e-commerce, iGaming, and financial services- Create detailed mockups of various end-to-end flows in the clients UI to support the sales and integration process- Lead UX workshops with clients to analyse, iterate and improve their checkout experiences - successfully increased share of checkout (SoC) by over 100% for multiple clients - Collaborate directly with clients to run live A/B tests providing data to further optimise UX and support our design recommendations - Defined, documented and published multiple public UX/UI design guides detailing product flows and design recommendations to successfully maximise share of checkout (SoC)- Directly manage freelance designers - creating detailed briefs, balancing schedules, and overseeing final designs- Working asynchronously with the wider design team, to continuously learn, update, and define best practices across our products
