I am an award-winning executive with over 30 years of corporate experience driving transformation, risk mitigation, and value creation at multiple Fortune & FTSE 100 organizations in the Aerospace & Defense, MedTech, and Telecommunications industries. I have optimized organizational performance & accelerated bottom-line growth for companies such as General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, United Technologies, Motorola, and GKN.I bring seasoned governance and oversight expertise, built on a strong foundation of operational and supply chain leadership across complex, highly regulated industries. My extensive exposure to diverse industries, business models, executive teams, and corporate strategies has given me a distinctive depth and breadth of experience across complex, highly regulated environments — expertise that brings valuable perspectives.I have held various senior executive positions across industries, including Senior Vice President Supply Chain Management & CPO at General Dynamics as a member of the OTS Executive Leadership Team where I guided the company through a paradigm shift of its supply chain — going from siloed purchasing agents to an integrated, end-to-end model — transforming a 60% Dissatisfaction score to an 84% High Satisfaction score, changing the way the organization fundamentally operated.Currently serving as Founder and CEO of Rubicon International, having launched my own consultancy to help small and mid-size companies become more efficient and profitable by identifying and mitigating risk exposure. I advise highly regulated, complex organizations on value creation, business continuity and resilience, and achieving sustainable change through both large- and small-scale transformations.
