Professionally, I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, where I honed my analytical, innovative, and collaborative skills. I also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, demonstrating my proficiency in managing complex and diverse projects. Personally and passionately I am an advocate for women in and out of the workplace! I am determined to make a difference and not allow toxicity in the workplace take hold of a woman’s experience in her career. I am a coach, mentor, and lead executive trainings for a global company and aspire to bring those efforts to you!

   Supported the integration of four divisions into one, shifting ownership from 75 personnel to 176. Guided business development practices & communication activity for the full maturation efforts in a short period. Developed and facilitated a workshop for 20 Division & Branch Leaders. Created working sessions to devleop solution pathways for challenges facing the future state of the newly integrated division, resulting in a 20% reduction of gaps and seams. Supported a 600-person OKR 90-day Planning Increment for an Air Force Enterprise valued at $100B in its 75-year future valuation. This increment provided the client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices, creating the opportunity for the client to restructure successfully. Co-created the 90-Day New Hire Checklist for a 75-person team. This acts as an aid to a new hire\'s first three months with the team. So far it has been used by 40+ new hires. Co-partnered in the revitalization of the New Hire Onboarding Guide. Aids new hire\'s with information and tips as they move through the first 30+ days at the firm. Used by 40+ new hires as of end of 2023. Rebranded the Enterprise of Nuclear Solutions New Hire Breakfast & Orientation. Co-facilitated four successful events, totaling 100 new hires, which sought to bring new hires and their senior leadership together for a morning of networking and learning about the firm. Acted as PM and core team member of a nationwide, 300+ expected attendance, Aerospace new hire orientation rebranding effort. Acts includes the creation of a project management plan, run-of-show, selection of new facilitators for major business centers, and purchasing of food and swag for each event for FY 2025.Obtained Project Management Professional(PMP) in 2023.
