Provide strategic direction and programmatic and administrative support for programs including MDefenders, the Problem Solving Initiative (PSI) and the former summer advanced corporation law master’s and certificate programs. Partner with faculty and administration to foster collaborative teaching and learning experiences that maximize student learning and development. Develop relationships with other departments to coordinate programming, communication and priorities of each year\'s programmatic vision.For the summer executive-style graduate programs, oversaw recruitment, admissions and curriculum updates. Developed new recruitment, admissions, and registration procedures then updated the academic calendar and relevant course details for the Registrar. Collaborated with Marketing & Communications to create new marketing strategy, identify new leads and update all promotional materials and website. Increased applications by 50%. Strengthened relationships with professional associations, resulting in an invitation to a faculty member to serve on an advisory group.For PSI, collaborated with Associate Dean and faculty on program goals and objectives, curriculum development and course planning. Worked closely with Registrars and students during course promotion, class bidding, and registration.Work with school’s leadership team as project manager for internal audit. Work through the audit objectives with department leaders to ensure processes are documented and materials are secure and accessible. Keep managers aware of audit status, including timeframes, document requirements, and key operational issues to maintain progress and ensure audit compliance.
