Amber serves as a Legal Director, Litigation, Regulatory and Crisis Management on WK Kellogg Co\'s Legal & Compliance Team. She has extensive experience handling a broad range of complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and appeals for clients in the insurance, food, manufacturing, automotive, financial, health, transportation, and construction industries. She has represented entities, owners, transporters, manufacturers, contractors, suppliers, and individuals in various breach of contract, employment, negligence, regulatory, UCC, fraud, and IP disputes at the federal, state, and agency level as both plaintiffs and defendants.Before joining WK Kellogg Co, Amber worked as a senior complex business and commercial litigation attorney for Miller Johnson in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Jones Walker LLP in Jackson, Mississippi. She previously served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Katharine Samson, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. Amber is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she received her JD, cum laude, served as the Executive Notes & Comments Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal, and sat as Honor Council Chair. She earned her BS, summa cum laude, in economics and sociology from Central Michigan University.
