About Amberly M.

I have a technical background in biology and started my career in government with a focus on natural resource management and conservation. I worked in environmental consulting for almost 7 years, predominantly managing large-scale baseline studies and international and U.S. permitting projects in the mining, oil and gas, and telecommunications sectors. Now I’ve come full circle landing in the mining industry, where I am leading a great team in federal, state and local permitting for an exciting project in Nevada. I also plan and execute the environmental studies needed to support permitting, oversee compliance obligations for existing permits, and collaborate with a technically diverse international team on project strategy and meeting our sustainability goals. I’m also working with technical experts and local landowners and stakeholders on our mitigation strategy to meet not only permit standards but also AGA’s global commitments.
