My education from Louisiana State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in American Government and a minor in Leadership & Human Resource Development, equipped me with the theoretical knowledge and practical experience necessary for effective problem-solving and strategic planning.During my tenure as a Professional Recruiter at Insight Global LLC, I honed my skills in identifying talent, developing job descriptions, and collaborating with department managers. My ability to leverage various channels for candidate sourcing and my thorough approach to the recruitment process resulted in successful hires and seamless onboarding experiences. My dedication to staying current with employment legislation ensured compliance and provided valuable insights to team managers through detailed recruitment reports.My experience as a Congressional Intern for both U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy and U.S. Representative Garret Graves provided me with a comprehensive understanding of legislative processes and administrative duties.
