We want to help transform the standard of work and help redefine how we treat, develop, and optimize everyone within and throughout our organization. Our Leadership & Culture Development team consists of a Leadership Development Team, Personal & Professional Development Team, Corporate Training Team, Corporate & Community Impact Team, and our external-facing Lippert Academy for Leadership. We work in partnership with our Human Resource Team and our Operations Team to align our efforts to develop our people into the best versions of themselves, equipping them to deliver their best at work, at home, and in their communities.
