   VBID-Hospice Implementation & Management | MSO Client Operations & Opportunities Identification Drive the progress VNS Health\'s VBID-Hospice product while meeting regulations defined by the CMS VBID demonstration. As this product is part of the MSO, we partnered with a national palliative care & hospice provider to sell and implement a hospice component for their selected MA or DSNP population. I managed client operations by partnering with health plans on key GTM deliverables and executing on unique data strategy, network design, provider services, educational, or care model opportunities inherent in the product or discovered through collaborative efforts. Playbook & Customer Support Model Develop, own, and promote a standard for future MSO collaborations for the VBID-Hospice product. This standard was documented within a 30+ page playbook and within it expands additional insight to what the MSO support model is and can strive to be for future partnerships.
