Assist with client/prospect gifts, travel arrangements, meeting setup, slide decks, and leverage Salesforce for tracking and reporting.• Demonstrate a proactive mindset by anticipating needs, preventing issues before they arise, and adapting to changing priorities with a calm and flexible approach.• Maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion, managing sensitive information with integrity and ensuring smooth interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
