I\'m working on what finance can become in the age of AI.As Finance Director of AI Transformation at Amazon, I lead AI strategy across Amazon\'s global finance organization. A tiger team of three builders I oversee created a multi-agent AI system that works inside the tools finance already uses. A local-first desktop app before the industry had a name for it. It started as an internal experiment with a handful of users. Today, thousands of people open it every day and the community keeps growing. Alongside the product, I\'ve moved the organization. Executive bootcamps, hands-on Builder Days, 160+ AI Champions trained, hours of capability development. I also built a measurement infrastructure: time savings tracking, AI fluency scoring, adoption metrics tied to org-level goals. Most AI transformations fail because they don\'t have both: a product people actually choose to use, and an organization that knows how to use it.I\'m a builder at my core. Before AI, I was the finance partner for Sub Same Day and Rural delivery at Amazon, part of the team that built the business case, operating model, and infrastructure for programs now serving millions of customers. Before that, I led Amazon\'s grocery expansion into Europe and Japan. On the side, I co-founded a card game that landed in Anthropologie and Forbes. I gravitate toward new spaces where the playbook doesn\'t exist yet.I\'m always interested in talking to people working on hard problems where AI meets how organizations actually work. Those conversations tend to be useful wherever they lead.
