As Chief Equity Officer and Director of Civil Rights for the City of Baltimore, she leads initiatives to embed equity into city governance, enforce civil rights protections, and expand opportunities for underserved communities.Previously, Amber served as Special Assistant to the President for Racial and Economic Justice on the Domestic Policy Council, where she directed the Biden-Harris Administration’s whole-of-government equity agenda.
