DaVita Kidney Care is bringing our industry-leading clinical quality to patients on-site at skilled nursing facilities (SNF) through a new team that called DSD (DaVita SNF Dialysis). Working towards leveraging internal knowledge and opportunity to develop the infrastructure and rapidly grow the new service line. Leading the largest region in the DSD service line with 17 on site clinics over 5 markets. Developed several tools for DSD from labor management calculator, per role efficiency reviews, patient schedule tools, a regional Manager training guide, Leadership presentations and other resources. Business development - Opened 3 sites and worked on future site selection and growth presentations with 4 large Skilled Nursing Partner groups. Presented analytic partnership methodology projection outcomes, contract terms and site design aspects. Successfully improved Ebitda results in existing sites, annualized 20••••24 by 48% same site review. Overall Ebitda performance improvement of 96% annualized forecast YOY.
