After procuring new business, Amber leads the due diligence efforts and presents findings and recommendations to the potential buyers. Post-closing, she is responsible for ensuring the correct on-site personnel are in place and supervising the asset, as well as maximizing the net operating income. Amber also assists clients with sale endeavors, from broker tours to post-closing obligations.
