I have made my way over to the United States from The Netherlands to pursue my life ambitions at Pace University. I am a Senior pursuing a BA in Applied Psychology & Human Relations with a minor in Pre-Law looking to pursue a career in Human Resources. My major in psychology feeds my interest in why people do the things they do, especially in the workplace. I care about people\'s motivations, what drives them to get out of bed every day and go to work, and what makes them view their workplace as more than just a 9-5 job, but a place where they can feel comfortable. Those are the things that drive me when Iam looking at my future career goals, and as I am thinking about the start of my career.
