   As the Director of Operations at NRT Behavioral Health, I lead the management and enhancement of our organization\'s operational efficiency. I played a key role in the development and launch of a new 75 bed residential program, working alongside a team to successfully bring the facility to fruition in just three months. In a short timeframe, I interviewed and hired 15 individuals to meet the goals for the soft launch of the program and coordinated a comprehensive two-week staff training with key departments. Additionally, I established partnerships with vendors to ensure the organization\'s needs were met and oversaw project management to ensure timely completion of objectives.In my role, I am responsible for overseeing all daily operations, including budgeting, staffing, and program development, with a specific focus on the successful implementation of the new residential program. I collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care in this new environment.Furthermore, I work with external partners and stakeholders to enhance our services and expand our presence in the community, striving to continuously improve and grow our organization\'s impact.
