Track time to fill, source of hire, and conversion ratio metrics utilizing PowerBI dashboard, develop recruitment best practices to support strategic goals, and evaluate turnover trends for recommended changes. Decreased time to fill by 10 days over eight months by reducing handoffs and shifting manager and recruiter responsibility • Performance Management/Talent Reviews: Conducted Talent Reviews with C-Suite and Regional Vice Presidents for Director-level and Sales Management talent (50 individuals). Prepared talent profiles and conducted calibration meetings prior to full talent review session. • Leadership Programs: Completed two cohorts of 20 for mid-manager level internal leadership program utilizing ADP and Absorb LMS courses, facilitated reflection sessions, monitored progress and conducted virtual graduation.
