Throughout my career, I have led efforts that strengthen employee relations, support recognition and engagement, navigate difficult employee matters with professionalism and care, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. I believe HR plays a critical role in shaping not just policy, but culture, leadership, and the everyday employee experience.
