I’m Amber Ake. I’m a Transformational Life Coach on a mission to help you thrive. Let’s get real about what it takes to create real change in life or in business. If you had met me in my teen years you would not have assumed that I would be the sort of person who would become a top performer in multiple companies while navigating parenthood. I grew up in the sort of household that struggled to provide the basics, and I learned early that I’d need to be creative, scrappy, and dogged to have the life I wanted to have. I was lucky to find mentors who had big visions for me, and training in social-emotional intelligence, leadership, and human behavior that helped me navigate my way to success in the hospitality industry while pursuing my graduate studies and also parenting my youngest siblings. As a mother now to my own three children and a business owner in the top 2% of performers in a global organization, I’ve created a life that was once unthinkable to me. I know first-hand that the skills of conscious, healthy living are learnable with the right support and tools, whatever your situation. I have helped hundreds of clients go from hopeless to limitless, seeing real transformation in their health, businesses, relationships, and parenthood—building thriving teams, decreasing drama in the workplace, improving emotional and physical health, advocating for a person\'s right to birth in their own way, and finding confidence and purpose.
