I’m a Public Health Professional with a background in nursing and public health, currently working as an Associate Lecturer after completing my Master’s in Global Public Health.Over the last six years, I’ve worked across health and education sectors, focusing on Maternal and Child Health, Newborn Care, Simulation Education and Special Education. As a National NRP trainer and Simulation Expert, I’ve led training programmes in newborn and paediatric emergency care, NICU strengthening, and healthcare worker capacity-building across diverse settings.I’ve collaborated with leading organisations including CARE India, Jhpiego, Johns Hopkins, USAID, Harvard Humanitarian Initiative, Laerdal Global Health, and Abbott contributing to large-scale government health programmes, behaviour change interventions, and system-level improvements in service delivery.Alongside my clinical, education and field experience, I’ve also worked in inclusive education, supporting children with special needs and learning differences. These diverse experiences have shaped my commitment to health equity, education, and meaningful impact at the community level.Currently, as an Associate Lecturer in the UK, I support student learning and deliver academic content, bringing both practical public health experience and a learner-centred approach to the classroom. Now finding my way forward in the UK, I’m seeking more opportunities that bring together healthcare, education, and public health.
