Budgeting and overseeing financial operations, including billing, invoicing, and payroll. Ensuring excellent customer service and patient care. Handling client concerns or complaints and improving client experience. Ensuring that the practice adheres to local, state, and federal regulations regarding animal care and workplace safety. Managing medical records, ensuring patient confidentiality, and maintaining compliance with health laws. Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring adequate stock of medications and equipment. Developing marketing strategies to attract and retain clients. Building relationships with clients and the community to promote the practice\'s services.Ultimately, I aim to ensure that all aspects of the veterinary hospital (both emergency and specialty) are running smoothly and that both staff and clients are satisfied with the services provided.
