As Head of Operations for the Strategy and Corporate Affairs organization, I drove the annual strategic vision, talent strategy, financial planning, and culture, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. I also played a key role in workforce planning, talent acquisition metrics, and succession planning, using data-driven insights to shape the function’s talent strategy. Additionally, I provided C-level support on key sales and partner engagements globally, working closely with Sales leadership to tie corporate strategy narratives to customer value realization.Prior to ServiceNow, my passion for people led me to co-found and scale a community development organization in Chicago from 6 to 600 volunteers. I also held multi-faceted roles at high-growth startups, spanning HR, recruiting, office management, social media, and company culture—giving me a deep appreciation for building talent strategies that scale.Outside of work, you’ll find me front row at a concert, chasing adventures with my husband and two boys, cheering on my favorite sports teams, or curled up with a good book.
