With over 15 years of experience in human resources, sustainability, and governance, I am passionate about creating positive impact and value for organizations and stakeholders. As the Manager of HR Governance and Sustainability at Core Laboratories, I lead the development and implementation of our sustainability program, which aligns with our business strategy and industry standards.My core competencies include stakeholder engagement, materiality mapping, governance and workforce management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, community involvement, and ESG reporting and disclosures. I have successfully designed and executed several initiatives to enhance our sustainability performance, such as developing a global DEI program, creating a Core Lab Cares forum, and managing our data analysis and disclosure processes. I have also earned professional certifications in human resources, project management, and corporate sustainability, which demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and excellence.

   SustainabilityUnder Sustainability, I manage the review and update of the company\'s materiality issues by assessing our current state, that of our industry and peers, engaging various stakeholders to prioritize issues and creating the materiality matrix to shape future strategy and goals. From this I have developed and manage projects, such as a focus on STEM related activities, mentoring programs and DEI initiatives.I Monitor global ESG disclosure obligations, emerging regulation and evolving reporting practices, working with business partners to address gaps. This helps me support compliance readiness activities for ESG reporting. Finally, I lead the creation of the company’s annual Sustainability Report, partnering with cross-functional teams, utilizing GRI standards for data disclosure and UN SDG targets to measure and report performance.In January 2024 I earned the Corporate Sustainability Certificate from NYU Stern Executive Education program.GovernanceUnder Governance I\'ve developed and am implementing a strategy to better align policies and processes. This involved a thorough evaluation of our current structure, identifying gaps in coverage, and solutioning ways to unify, consolidate, and transform our policy program. Through this work I am also responsible for developing a global Onboarding and Orientation program, reinstating programs for employee reward and recognition, and fostering employee engagement and retention initiatives such as our Core Lab Cares internal and external connection network.ComplianceIn this area I manage the company’s Affirmative Action Program and ensure compliance with government laws and regulations. For this I oversee the collection and analysis of data, identify ways to communicate the analysis appropriately, and partner with external groups for outreach opportunities. Through this role I was also instrumental in developing a diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and five-year implementation plan.
